Biotech
market
The project corresponds to Community policy for improving quality of life
and management of human resources. It contributes to this policy through
harmonization of vocational training process and practices in biotechnology
and European Food and Safety Legislation, introducing new aspects and
strategies for control and prevention. The project programme introduces
the EU requirements for implementation of ACE production principle (animal-friendly,
consumer-friendly, and environment-friendly). The programme enriches quality
and safety focused thinking in production and trade activities to meet
world quality standards (ISO, HACCP, HAZOP).
