aims
The mission
of the JOBeL-Bio project is to maximize the benefits of biotechnology
to the European standards by being a qualitative, comprehensive, multidisciplinary
model programme in ‘Biotechnology and Environment Protection’ that supports,
coordinates, disseminates and advances new options and educational methods.
The project
goal is adaptation and upgrading of the results of the already developed
BioINEP project “Vocational Training in Biotechnology and Environment
Protection” on the basis of dissemination measures through:
Identification of target
groups’ and related economic sectors’ and their needs
Enragement of the target
groups and levels toward new audience, new educational organizations,
new public and privet sectors, new territorial levels
Design and elaboration of
new curriculum for job-oriented e-learning in biotechnology and environment
protection
Providing assistance to
people looking for the appropriate job and needing the suitable qualification
Performing dissemination
actions during whole project live for wide spreading of project ideas,
objectives, results and outcomes

The project develops innovative multi-language curriculum for vocational
training, based on both new technologies and traditional methods and the
principles of Open and Distance Learning (ODL), in the field of Biotechnology
and Environment Protection. It consists of content-specific modules and
additional information resources (glossary and information data-base)
